		Chaplain Program The Chaplain Program is led by Palmer Watson who has served officially since 1953. He is a fully ordained minister and retired from a church in our City. The Chaplain works closely with the Police Officers in providing counseling services to victims and their families in times of crisis. Reverand Watson routinely provides other services to meet the ministry needs of our citizens. The Chaplain is also available to help all members and families of the Police Department in time of need. The Chaplain is available 24 hours, day or night, to assist with death notifications and other critical incident related issues.
