		The Department contracts with CrimeReports to provide our residents and business owners with information about incidents that occur in our city. On a daily basis, criminal offenses are drawn from our Records Management System and non-criminal incidents are drawn from Computer Aided Dispatch. You can also receive email notifications of incidents that occur in your neighborhood. Make your neighborhood crime free! Our police department offers Neighborhood Watch and Business Crime Prevention programs. If you are interested in starting a program, please contact Lieutenant Kenny Bays at (510) 215-3281. Please note that Lieutenant Bays works rotating shifts, so his return call could take a couple days.
